Dilution range: 20 µg/lane (Western blotting)

Liquid lysates in SDS-PAGE sample buffer, pH 6,8, heated for 10 minutes at 70 °C and containing Tris-HCl (40 mM), SDS (1%), DTT (50 mM), glycerol (7,5%), and bromophenol blue (0,003%).
